Shipping
Our products are shipped from our supplier outside the EU and US. It takes 1–2 business days to process your order before the package is shipped.
Delivery time: 5–10 business days for the package to arrive.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Orders placed during the weekend are usually processed on Monday or Tuesday.
If you have a deadline for a specific order, we recommend ordering in advance. Delays may occur due to holidays or other factors.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product does not match the description or is damaged, the customer will be compensated for return shipping costs, provided a picture of the shipping receipt is submitted. For standard returns, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, we will charge a fee of 19 eur to cover shipping and handling costs.
Receipt of Goods
We are not responsible for receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for being present or ensuring someone is present at the time of delivery.
If a delivery attempt fails several times and the package is sent to a service point, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package in time or arrange for a competent person to pick it up on their behalf.
You are responsible for regularly checking the tracking number to see if you have missed the delivery. If the package is not picked up in time, it will be returned to WarmBox. Of course, it is possible to return the package at the buyer’s expense.
Orders are shipped from one of our overseas warehouses, and VAT and import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
